Refund Terms

If you qualify, in accordance with the terms below and subject to applicable law, Traveluro will refund you in the following manner:

First, we’ll gift you with one voucher for $50 off your next stay with Traveluro which is a $250 minimum value before taxes and fees. Next, we’ll refund you for the difference in the following way:

Qualification Terms

On-Time Contact: You have to contact us within 24 hours of your booking with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on the website and the exact price being quoted. Traveluro does not accept screen screenshots, photos or other images of lower prices provided by customers.

Comparable Deals: The other deal has to be bookable online and still available when we check and has to be an exact match, including for example, the same property, same room/apartment type, same currency, same payment form, same dates, and same room conditions (including the meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, etc.).

In case of packages, the packages have to be the same. In case of inclusive prices, the included items have to be the same. Room prices that include food or beverage items, entertainment items, parking or other bundled items, will be considered as packages, and must be entirely equivalent.

General-Public Availability: The deal is not a special membership rate, loyalty points, frequent stayer rate, rewards programs or special promotion made available through the accommodation provider. Neither deal is for corporate customers, military personnel, students, children, senior citizens, groups, and members of organizations such as AAA and AARP, as well as wholesaler and consolidator fares, convention rates, and fares purchased through coupon promotions, loyalty and other “reward“ programs.

No Blind Bookings: You didn’t book through a website that doesn't reveal which property or accommodation type you’ll be staying at until after you've booked.

Limit: There is a limit of two refund requests per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used or number of bookings made by the customer).

Verification: All claims are subject to verification by Traveluro. Traveluro has to be able to verify all elements of the claim and the required terms of the other deal, at the time the claim is processed and verify that both the room price and the total room cost at the time of verification are lower than those found on the Traveluro website.

Changes: Traveluro reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or any of its terms, or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. Such changes in the Best Price Guarantee will not affect any voucher that has already been issued to you.

Abuse: Traveluro reserves the right to revoke any and all benefits of a the Best Price Guarantee (including the right to cancel a previously awarded voucher) if it is found that a customer has attempted to or has violated or circumvented the terms of the Best Price Guarantee, as in effect.

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and all applicable terms and conditions of such booking.
